Public Art

Public Art and Community Engagement 

As a visual storyteller, I use texture, color, photography, graphic marks, and pattern to surface history's ongoing relevance and the sustaining power of myth and symbolism. The fragment is never incidental in my work — it is the method. It honors the incomplete record while insisting on its significance.  Public art is where this practice meets the collective. Working within historical, cultural and contemporay contexts, I engage communities as co-holders of memory — people whose lived experiences shapes the work and whose presence in public space becomes, itself, an act of reclamation.
